Prices 2021 - Podere le Tortore - agriturism

Prices are per apartment per night occupying 2 pers.

Low season:
1st of January until 26th of June                  € 85,-
31th of August until 23th of October             € 85,-

High season:
26st of June until 28th of August                  € 95,-

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Bed, bath and kitchen linens are ALL included.

Extra costs:  
Final cleaning                                       € 40,- p. apartment
Local Tourist tax                                  € 12,- p. stay

Airco: available in 'Vista a Vinci 2' and 'Podere le Tortore'  € 50,- p.apartment p. week
all other apartments have fans.

Note:  In Winter / Autumn we charge for € 10,- per day for heating


Booking and Payment conditions:
To confirm your booking we require 25% of the total amount .
Balance can be payed on arrival.
No refunding of 25% for cancellations.
