prices 2013 - Podere le Tortore - agriturism

Prices are per apartment per night occupying 2 pers.

Low season:
1st of January until 29th of June (incl) +                     € 60,-
31th of August until 31th of December                        € 60,-

High season:
29th of June until 30th of August                                € 75,-

Minimum stay:
3 nights during low season
1 week (sat - sat) during high season


Bed, bath and kitchen Linen and electricity are all incl.


Extra costs:  

3th pers. (over 12 years old)                                  € 10,- p. day
Final cleaning                                                           € 40,- p. apartment
Local Tourist tax                                                      € 12,- p. person p. stay
Airco only available in 'Vista a Vinci 2',                       € 50,- p. apartment p. week
all other apartments have fans.

Note:  In Winter / Autumn we charge for € 10,- per day for heating


Booking and Payment conditions:
To confirm your booking we require 25% of the total amount .
Balance can be payed at the arrival.
